Description


world's first water resistant watch, commissioned in 1933 for the Pasha of Marakesh. The Pasha stands today as a masterpiece of design and precision. Sapphire crystal skeleton back reveals the watch's intricate mechanical movement. Prominent brushed steel case is presented on the supple blue crocodile strap. Stationary polished steel bezel surrounds the silver colored guilloche dial with three subdials, luminous hands and hour markers. Small seconds, 30-minute and 12-hour registers. A window at the 6 o'clock hour reveals the automatic date calendar. Scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Strap has a folding clasp and ardillon buckle for added security. Water resistant to 30 meters (100 ft.). Case is 38mm diameter, 12mm thick. Unused with Cartier box and papers
