How Do I buy a watch from Perfect Timing?

Perfect Timing accepts the following methods of Payment. If you should have any problems, do not hesitate to call us at 1-888-645-1919:

Google Checkout Credit Card Payment

For our customers’ security and peace of mind, Perfect Timing now accepts payments via all major credit cards by implementing the use of Google Checkout throughout our site.

The benefit of utilizing Google Checkout versus other methods of payment are security (your credit card information is transmitted to no one but Google, not even to us) and the ability to track the status of your order by logging into your Google Account and receive detailed, real-time status and shipping information.

To purchase, simply click the ORDER NOW button located below each item. You will be directed to Google Checkout, where you will be instructed to create a Google Account using your current email address and a password of your choice. You will then enter your billing information and follow the on screen instructions to complete your purchase. If you have an existing Google Account, please log in on the RIGHT side of the page with your email address and password, and follow the simple checkout directions.

PLEASE NOTE, FOR YOUR PROTECTION AND OURS, GOOGLE CHECKOUT EMPLOYS NUMEROUS METHODS OF FRAUD DETECTION. YOU MUST ENTER YOUR INFORMATION (i.e. BILLING ADDRESS) EXACTLY AS YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS ON FILE. We accept funds via bank wire for the purchase of our watches. In addition, we do provide a FURTHER 2% DISCOUNT on all items purchased in this manner, as we do not incur credit card processing fees and pass this savings on to our customers. We offer an extensive selection of watch brands other than Rolex through our Amazon.com webstore. Payment for such items is via the Amazon.com checkout system.

What Is Your Return Policy/Satisfaction Guarantee?

Perfect Timing wants you to be pleased with your purchase. We realize first time buyers are sometimes anxious when making a large purchase over the net. We therefore offer you three days to take your purchase locally to be authenticated if you wish. We also offer you this period to decide whether the watch you have purchased from us is for you.

If you wish to return your watch to us you must notify us within three days following receipt, obtain from us a return authorization number and return address, and have the item(s)returned to our office within a total of five (5) days from receipt by you. Your watch must not have been sized, worn or altered in any way including removal of or alteration of any tags, protective plastic, or factory holograms, or non standard modifications to the piece. After three days your sale is final. Perfect Timing asks you to know that the watch you are ordering is the watch you want so that our job is simply to provide you with the item in pristine condition. Unlike some companies, Perfect Timing does not enforce any sort of re-stocking fee. We simply ask that you refrain from casual shopping and only order those watches you are absolutely certain you want. Any new or unused watch that has been customized is not eligble for return as it is "special order."

What Sort Of Warranty Do You Offer?

Perfect Timing offers you a one year warranty on all watches sold by us. This warranty covers all “moving parts” within the watch. This means that your watch is completely covered by us should it stop working or malfunction. This of course is void in cases of misuse or abuse to the timepiece and/or cases of water damage. This period of one year is the same length of time offered by most major manufacturers. In addition to your warranty, we offer discounted services for watch repair to our customers beyond the time of their warranty.

Perfect Timing wishes to cultivate lasting relationships with our customers. Here are some services we offer outside of our warranty.

• We offer a complete cleaning and overhaul to your fine timepiece which will include detailing your watch to “like new” condition all done by a certified master watchmaker. This is recommended every year and a half and will bring your timepiece back to pristine physical appearance!
• We offer a dial exchange program. If you have bought a Rolex watch from us and say, wish to change the dial, we will trade in your old dial for the dial of your choice and have our watchmaker install your new dial. We offer deeply discounted prices for our existing customers as once again, we wish to cultivate a lasting relationship in which we take care of all of your watch needs, and those of your friends and family as well.
• We also give very strongtrade-in values for your watch purchased from us. Many of our customers buy a watch, and at a later date decide to upgrade at which point we give very strong trade in value toward their next purchase.

What Are Your Business Hours?

Perfect Timing is open for business from Noon to 7:00 from Monday thru Friday as these are the hours that enable us to best serve all of our customers from coast to coast. If you call and we are not available please take the time to leave us a detailed message on the nature of your inquiry including item code or codes, or manufacturer of the watch, and model type i.e Rolex Datejust ect . . . Due to the high volume of traffic we receive and the dual nature of our business -- both internet sales and wholesalers within the trade, you may reach our voicemail at times during the day. Your call is important to us so please leave a message with the details of your inquiry and our knowledgable and friendly staff will return your call and gladly answer any questions you may have on the timepieces we offer.

How Long Till My Watch Ships Out?

Perfect Timing ships watches out between one to three days following receipt of your funds depending on your method of payment and the amount of orders we receive on that given day. Credit card purchases generally take three days following receipt of your fax to ship out however if your order is a rush please contact us and we will make whatever arrangements are needed to accommodate you.

Do You Accept Offers On Watches?

Perfect Timing does not accept offers on watches. Rather than go through the process of setting our prices higher and then allowing customers to negotiate down to the prices we have now we simply start at the bottom and remain firm. Although some consumers, for psychological reasons, prefer to negotiate a price down, we find our business and the discounts we offer are more impressive if we refrain from bartering and cut to the chase with rock bottom competitive pricing. Discounts can be obtained however, for customers buying more than one watch at a time via bank wire or cashier’s check.

HOW DO YOU SHIP AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We only ship overnight insured carrier. The cost for shipping is $50.

How Do Featured Items Work?

Perfect Timing DOES NOT AT ANY TIME ACCEPT OFFERS ON OUR WATCHES. We do however, on occasion feature certain watches discounted even deeper than our already tremendous discounts. We do this in an effort to create an exciting web marketplace which stimulates many watch lovers. We also do this at times before we are to make a large buy in order to keep our inventory moving rapidly. The way featured items works is as follows: Perfect Timing has a set price for every watch listed on our site which is non-negotiable. When an item is featured that discounted price will have a slash through it and below will be the featured price which is good only while the item is being featured and the flashing "featured item" icon is present. These items are priced to move very quickly and if you wish to avail yourself of these discounts you need to be prepared to purchase right then as once the feature ends the item will return to its original price which can be viewed directly above the featured price titled: Discounted Price. If you wish to buy a featured item and you see the icon flashing the time to call or fax your order is immidiately as once the feature is over the discount within our standard discount is over. Deposits are not accepted on featured items and these generally stay available for no more than two days.

What does "Custom" refer to regarding dials, bezels and the like?

If not stated as "factory", items such as mother of pearl dials, channel set gold and diamond bezels, etc. have been custom made by master artisans and jewelers to exacting standards and added to the watches as aftermarket items.
